Commercial References I've got to tell you, he was fabulous! If there was a change, he immediately got a change order written that stated exactly what was going to be done and did it. He did everything the way he said he would. He had a nice even temper and was very easy to work with. I never had an argument with him and it was a $350,000 project. It was a great experience for me. He is very cost-conscious in determining how to use your dollars especially when you have a set amount of dollars to put into a project.
